The problem
A forklift card lapses and nobody notices until the job-site audit. A caregiver's TB screening quietly expires the week before the state survey. The health inspector asks for food handler cards and someone runs to the filing cabinet.
Every one of those starts the same way: a date in a cell that nobody was looking at. CertKeeper looks at every date, every day, and tells the right people before it matters.
How it works
Step 1
Add employees one at a time or import your whole roster from a CSV. Job titles and locations come along so you can filter by crew, site, or role.
Step 2
Choose from 346 pre-loaded types, each with its validity period and the regulation behind it, or add your own. Record issue dates, credential numbers, and attach the card itself.
Step 3
Reminders go to you and, if you choose, to the employee. When a renewal lands, the old version is kept in the history. When someone asks for proof, export the report.
What you get
Email at 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days, to admins and optionally to the employee. Choose the intervals per certification type.
Active, expiring in 19d, or 3d late. Icon and text together, never color alone, the same everywhere in the product.
Employees down the side, certifications across the top, one cell per pair. Spot the gap before the surveyor does.
Renewing a card archives the previous version with its dates and document. You can always show what was valid, and when.
Upload the card or certificate to the record it proves. Stored encrypted, downloadable when you need it.
PDF and CSV compliance reports filtered by location, role, or date range. Export all of your data whenever you want it.
