Before you start
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Create an account, set up your team, and use every feature for 14 days. You add a card only when you pick a plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You choose a plan to keep going. Your records stay where they are while you decide, and you can export everything at any time.
- How do I get my spreadsheet in?
- Export it as a CSV, upload it, and match the columns. Employees and their certification dates come in together, and every expiration date gets a countdown the same day.
- Do employees get reminders too?
- If you want them to. Reminders to employees are a setting you turn on per organization. Admin reminders are always on.
- My certification isn't in the library.
- Add a custom type with its own validity period and reminder schedule. It works exactly like a library type, and it's yours alone.
- Where is my data kept?
- On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted at rest, with each organization's records kept separate from every other. Uploaded documents are never public.
